Precision Stamping
High-tonnage transfer and progressive stamping from 260T to 1600T. Large-panel body structures, chassis components, and complex metal geometries to automotive-grade tolerances.

Robotic Welding
MIG, TIG, arc, and spot welding with Panasonic robotic systems. Multi-station welding lines producing up to 3.2 million assemblies per year at peak capacity.

Tooling & Dies
In-house tooling design including hot stamping dies, casting transfer dies, progressive dies, and steel plate composite tooling. 150+ CAD/CAE engineers globally.

Quality & Inspection
Full inspection suite: CMM, blue light scanning, spectral analysis, Vickers hardness, salt spray, and metallographic lab. IATF 16949 throughout.

Auto Body Parts
Structural panels, door frames, floor assemblies, cross members, and body-in-white components for major OEM platforms including VW, Ford, GM, and Stellantis.
